A lover of the outdoors, she named the firm after Gaia, the Greek goddess of the earth, to symbolize her reverence for nature. Working as a financial advisor, she has long believed financial success is built on the same concepts of nurturing, growth and patience.
A true citizen of the world, Julia feels at home in the United States, South America, and across the Eurasian continent. Actively involved in her community, she is a board-member of Harvey Park Improvement Association, her neighborhood’s community organization. In her free time, Julia enjoys snowboarding at Beaver Creek and remodeling her new lakeside home. Most of all, she looks forward to being with her husband, Alex, and their three children: Grisha, Anya and Dima. Her family’s newest addition is Lucy, their joyful and energetic new puppy.

Eric started in the financial services industry over 23 years ago, as an assistant to a Branch Manager with Century Companies of America. Over the years, his role expanded as he started to provide Information Technology support, as well as helping Financial Advisors assemble data and prepare reports for client meetings. Eric's help with this allowed Advisors to focus on their clients.
Eric supported the growing group of Western Wealth Advisors with LPL Financial for 13 years. He assisted Advisors with computer support, as well as providing reports for Bank/Credit Union management. During this time, Eric was known for his ability to get things done under tight timelines and he earned the trust of all who knew him.
In 2017, Eric joined the Gaia Wealth Management team. He is excited to get to know the clients and help them with their needs. Eric lives with his wife Jennifer in Broomfield, and has two grown daughters. Much like Julia, Eric loves to travel the world. Among recent countries he has visited with his wife are Germany, Luxembourg and France. In addition to travel and exploring different cuisines, they also like to enjoy live music in the many unique venues that our beautiful state has to offer.
